At DentalQore, our Sales Representatives are growth catalysts for dental practices nationwide. In this role, you’ll own the full sales journey—from reaching out to new prospects and building genuine connections over the phone, to showcasing how DentalQore’s powerful suite of tools can transform their practice. You’ll guide potential clients every step of the way and close meaningful deals that truly make a difference.

Compensation & Earning Potential:

  • Base Pay: $70K - $80K Annually 
  • Commission: Uncapped, performance-based 
  • Earnings Potential: 
    • $106K–$116K+ by hitting minimum sales goals.
    • $150K+ Potential: Our core reps have earned $150K+ annually. Your success defines your earnings.


EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

 2-3+ years of experience in B2B sales over the phone with a proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets is required

✔  Experience in medical or dental sales is not required but is a significant advantage

✔  A true motivation and interest to take your sales career, experience, knowledge, and earning potential to higher levels required

 Demonstrated proactiveness in learning and implementing sales and marketing strategies, with a strong commitment to continuous growth and improvement required

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of fostering trust and long-term partnerships required

 Demonstrated ability to adapt and thrive in dynamic situations, with a focus on refining soft skills to elevate your sales game required
